So they want ME, an ordinary nobody to do without electricity for an hour Saturday to think about global warming and to think about ways to curb greenhouse gasses. All the while big companies can continue doing whatever they are doing including polluting and using as much energy as they desire so they can keep on producing more useless garbage to sell to pigs, sorry consumers. Guess what? I ain't doing it. Instead of turning off the lights, I am gonna turn as many lights as I possibly can and keep

them for an hour. The "keepers" think by using staging ridiculous evens they will be able to convince people they will have to do with less. I'm sure this is only the beginning. Soon we the ordinary citizens will be asked to do even more, to
do with even less while the big corporations can continue their merry ways. It's bad enough we have to drink tainted products from plastic, genetically modified foods, meat filled with both antibiotics AND hormones. The list can go on and on. instead of asking US, the people to do with less, they should be thinking of curbing corporation's rampant energy appetites. Do you. Mr/Mrs schmuck really
need that latest Dingleberry, sorry Blackberry or iPhone that much? DO you?? Do you need that new shiny LCD TV?
Yea, global warming and greenhouse gas ARE a real problem. In fact, it is one of the few true real problems facing us unlike the totally fake "war on terrorism". Just you wait a few more years and you WILL see what happens. But I can foresee the new pattern emerging. Instead of curbing big corporations'
activities the governments of the world are gonna as US, the ordinary schmucks to make the sacrifices.

Rush "Pills" Limbaud has thrown himself full swing into bashing Obama by claiming the latest stock market fall is directly caused from choosing Obama as a president. He now talks of "Obama recession". How utterly predicable.
Actually Obama IS as much as the neocons' front man as Shrub Jr was. The only difference is McSame would have attacked Iran to celebrate his inauguration while Obama will turn his sights onto Afghanistan and Pakistan. Since I fully see Obama as one term prez due to the huge disappointment he will soon generate, the Neocons are already busy preparing the battleground for 2012. The war for the natural resources gold hasn't stopped either. It is just taking a breather.
In other news, the truly pathetic An Coultier is left grasping at straws. As funny as she is, she is also sad. The only clever thing she found to say in her current new column is to mention Obama's middle name: Hussein. Left me shaking my head.
Recently I checked Thomas Sowell's web site to see maybe if I had misunderstood him and maybe just maybe I can learn something from a man supposedly as highly intelligent as he is.
